TRAIN WITH US ! ACTIVE YOGA EXPERIENCE
YOGAPOLITAN -. potent, energizing, creative flows where you’ll revisit familiar poses in innovative ways and learn how to customize them for your body, your needs, and your goals. Get ready for a burst of energy and a whole lot of fun! This class will utilize a variety of “outside of the box” sequencing methods throughout the series. You’ll walk away feeling revitalized, confident, and inspired!
YOGAPOLITAN II “Noon at Night” Immerse yourself in a dynamic and creative flow inspired by many different yoga styles. Enjoy a solid workout with the reward of soothing relaxation to end the class feeling rested and recharged. This series is open to intermediate yoga experience.
CORE QUEST Strength is the cornerstone of a well-established yoga practice; but it can take years to cultivate the kind mental and physical strength needed for challenging asanas. Build your CORE strength practice on Fridays. This class course will build your foundational work of strength. Use the CORE Quest class to develop/increase your strength and help transform your practice, and every moment of your life. Learn how to use your legs and arms with muscle integration.
AMELIA’S SLOW FLOW VINYASA A gentle and and softer approach to learning and practicing a variety of postures that may include the use of props.
